A good leader is not void of weakness. A good leader surrounds himself with people who can be strong where he is weak.

    word. that's what a president does...his job is not to be the expert on every issue, but rather wise in choosing a cabinet of those who are experts. another cool quote i heard a week ago on leadership by pastor miles mcpherson of the rock church...being the boss and being a leader are two completely different things. good stuff.
